Shipping and Returns

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Estimates:
- Domestic Shipping (within the U.S.): Flat rate of $6.99 for standard shipping. Orders over $100 ship free.
- International Shipping: Rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
- Delivery Time Estimates:
  - Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (within the U.S.)
  - International Shipping: 7–21 business days
Order Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at rainclothingcompany@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
1. Email us at rainclothingcompany@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
2. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
