Shipping Policy
At Rain Clothing Co., we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and efficiently. Here’s how our shipping process works:
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Estimates:

• Domestic Shipping (within the U.S.): Flat rate of $6.99 for standard shipping. Orders over $100 ship free.

• International Shipping: Rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Time Estimates:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (within the U.S.)

• International Shipping: 7–21 business days
   

Order Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at rainclothingcompany@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Rain Clothing Co. items! Here’s how returns and exchanges work:
     Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
     Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
     First Rain Order: Your first Rain order can be returned or exchanged for free—sale or not—for extra peace of mind.
     Sale Items: Sale items can be returned within 30 days for store credit only.
     Final Sale Items: Final sale items, including select accessories, are not eligible for return or exchange.
     Subscription Boxes: Items from subscription boxes can only be exchanged for a different size. Returns are not allowed.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

1. Email us at rainclothingcompany@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

2. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Warranty Policy
All products are under warranty for 1 year from purchase date. If your item breaks or is deemed unwearable due to manufacturing defects, Rain Clothing Co. will replace your item free of charge. If the item is no longer in stock, you will receive a gift card equal to the purchase value.
Email us at rainclothingcompany@gmail.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and photos showing the damage. Once approved, we will either ship a new item or send a gift card/code for in-store use of equal value.
