How much is shipping?
Free shipping on U.S. orders over $75. A flat $8 rate applies to orders under $75. International rates are calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 2–3 business days. U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and any customs fees are calculated at checkout and are the customer's responsibility.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
Return unworn, unwashed items with tags within 30 days of delivery. Swimwear must be returned in original condition with the hygiene liner intact.
Is my first return free?
Yes — your first Rain order ships back free, sale or not. For later returns, customers cover return shipping.
How do I start a return or exchange?

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method, typically within a few business days.

How do I find my size?
Check our Size Chart for detailed measurements. Each product page also includes fit details. Still unsure? Reach out — we're happy to help you find the right fit.
Do your pieces run true to size?
Most Rain pieces run true to size. Any exceptions are noted on the individual product page.
What if my size is sold out?
Sign up for back-in-stock alerts on the product page, and you'll be notified as soon as it returns.
Product & Care
How do I care for my swimwear?
Rinse in cold water after each wear, hand wash, and lay flat to dry. Avoid wringing, and keep away from rough surfaces (like pool edges) to protect the fabric.
How do I care for my activewear and apparel?
Machine wash cold, inside out, and lay flat or hang to dry. Avoid high heat to keep colors and fit their best.
What materials do you use?
Rain pieces are made with performance in mind — durable, supportive fabrics built to move and last. Specific materials are listed on each product page.
