Order Processing

receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order

United States
Standard shipping: $8.00
Free standard shipping on all US orders over $75
Express shipping: $15.00

International Shipping
We ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic,
Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel,
Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland,
Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland,
United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.

International orders ship via USPS or DHL Express. Rates are
calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.
Delivery times vary by country and carrier.

Please note: free shipping over $75 applies to US orders only.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties,
import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not
included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or
your local customs authority. We can't predict or refund these
charges.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery times are outside
our control. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't
received your order, please contact the carrier first, then reach
out to us and we'll help sort it out.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not
able to reroute packages once they've shipped, and orders returned
due to an incorrect address may be subject to reshipping costs.
